The application of the epoxy to your factory floor isn’t the most important part in our process. Our floor scrubbers will be able to keep the floor clean during and after the application, the shave master and diamond grinders will be able to remove existing heavy coatings, and our shot blasters will be able to help the preparation of the concrete. Urethane Top Coating
An increasingly popular alternative to traditional epoxy top coating, urethane top coating is approximately four times harder than epoxy, retains color and clarity far longer (notably less yellowing), and can last up to four times longer than epoxy.
A urethane top coat can applied to any concrete floor and is an ideal option for environments in which floors will be subject to unusually high levels of wear, tear, and abuse. Urethanes also provide extra protection for chemical resistance and scratches. As with all the epoxies we use, our urethanes are from only the most well-respected brands and are very high in solids. This results in them being environmentally safe when compared to some of the less advanced epoxies and urethanes.
